Providence, Rhode Island’s Woonasquatucket Corridor has long been host to an array of affordable working spaces that have contributed to the incubation of small, local, light industrial businesses and the creation of dynamic art spaces.

 

Scout's activation of 50 Sims in the heart of the Valley neighborhood aims to support the meaningful work and placemaking of our neighbors, the Steel Yard and Farm Fresh RI, as well as provide a home for expansion and permanence for the dozens of artists in the area.

Our vision embraces the existing structures of the 107,225 square foot campus and responds to the strengths and constraints within each section of the building. The goal is to create an ever-evolving and thoughtful new hub for the creative community within Providence.
